fantastic stay
bottled water hot drinks amazing shower clean bar
the room included bottled water a selection of hot drinks sachets and teabags i really appreciated that. the shower was amazing i loved the water pressure. the lounge and bar area were spotlessly clean the bar had a good selection.
the walls were quite thin i could hear doors banging sometimes.

the hotel is within a quick five-minute walk to the tower making it a really convenient spot i appreciated this accessibility. the hotel's proximity to the Winer Garden is a definite plus for those interested in visiting.

Wonderful and clean stay
clean hotel lovely seating accommodating staff
I found the hotel very clean upon arrival. The front area had lovely seating. Lisa and Lee were accommodating . My son enjoyed the pool table in the bar area, and my daughter liked Lily the pug.

The hotel is central. It is close to many attractions. The location offered easy access to nearby facilities. This convenience added value to the overall stay. I appreciated the central position.

The staff helped me find free parking. I thought it was a VERY thoughtful gesture. Lisa provided an iron and ironing board quickly, when requested. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The room was super clean and well maintained. There were extra touches such as water and chocolate mints provided. Beds were very comfy. I got a good sleep. I was very grateful.

charming stay near THE action
sunlight room tea selection fresh towels
Lisa was quite cute upon arrival, such a delight. She offered tips about nearby attractions. Our room had lovely sunlight. tea, coffee, and fresh towels, it was like a warm embrace.

friendly staff central location clean room helpful owner
the staff was very friendly and helpful i really liked the central location i will definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone planning a visit the rooms were nice and neat. i appreciated that the owners were very accommodating. they offered helpful suggestions about local attractions for my family.
during my stay, i noticed that the hallways occasionally had a slight cigarette odor despite the no smoking signs i think better ventilation in those areas could address this minor issue

my room had fresh clean smell i had a comfortable double bed the bed was neatly made with crisp linens i also found extra pillows in the closet which was amazing.

the lovely bar downstairs had a cute atmosphere i noted that the bar offered a wide selection of drinks it created a relaxing space for evening socializing after exploring the town.

the hotel's location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions i observed it was only a short walk to coral island this made it easy to access entertainment and family activities.

friendly staff comfortable bed simple process good location
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they were always smiling! The beds provided are comfortable. I could check in easily because the process was simple. The location is good, close to many amenities, very useful.
The single socket in the room was difficult, I have to admit. It was a bit dated.

The twin room was clean upon arrival, and the beds were made neatly with fresh linen. A tea and coffee set was available, this added a warm touch. The bathroom included fresh towels.

A pool table was on-site. It seemed to be used mostly by families. There was a little pub, a nice place to relax after a day of exploring. This made it perfect for unwinding.

The staff was very kind and helpful when I needed something. The check-in process was really easy, the receptionist explained everything clearly. They always seemed cheerful and ready to assist guests.

Although there was no breakfast included, the staff recommended a lovely restaurant. This restaurant was amazing. I went there on their recommendation and I am happy I did.
